We apply a professional window-cleaning solution and thoroughly scrub it into the glass. This loosens and lifts dust, fingerprints, grease, pollen, insect marks, and the dirt and grime that build up over time. Stubborn areas receive extra attention before we move on to the finish.

We do not stop at the pane. The frames, sills, and tracks are cleaned so the entire window looks finished—not just the centre of the glass. We work carefully around the corners and edges where dust and debris tend to collect, leaving everything around the window noticeably cleaner.

When we use our traditional method, the glass is professionally hand squeegeed to remove the cleaning solution and suspended dirt. We then detail the edges, corners, and any remaining marks by hand before inspecting the window in the available light for a clean, streak-free result.

For suitable exterior and hard-to-reach windows, we use a water-fed pole connected to our RODI filtration system. Reverse osmosis and deionization remove dissolved minerals and impurities from ordinary tap water. The purified water is fed through the pole to a professional brush, allowing us to scrub the glass, frames, and sills before rinsing everything thoroughly. Because the rinse water contains virtually no spot-causing minerals, it dries naturally to a clear finish without leaving soap residue. The pole also lets us clean many elevated windows safely from the ground.
